Lithium-ion battery circuit boards must be used in the assembly of Lithium ion PACK battery packs. The use of circuit boards must be careful in the process of battery assembly. 1. The polarity of nickel strip pad and the polarity of components nearby can not be exactly the opposite, otherwise, it is easy to cause short circuit due to the operation of employees in the process of welding nickel strip.


2. The position of the pad and the reed of nickel strip can not be exactly relative. Otherwise, in the process of welding nickel strip, the soldering tin of the reed terminal will melt because of the temperature of the electric soldering iron, and the reed will easily fall off later.


3. The size of nickel strip and reed pad should be set according to nickel strip and reed. The size of the pad should be relatively large to avoid virtual welding.


4. The spacing between the reed pads should be as large as possible, because the reason of tin and solder paste is easy to cause a short circuit between the feet. If the spacing can not be changed, tin-blocking wires should be set between the feet.

13. In the production process related to PCB, employees must wear anti-static equipment such as electrostatic rings, gloves and finger covers.


14. When assembling and producing lithium battery PACK, attention should be paid to not connecting tin, at the same time, the soldering temperature and time should be well controlled. At the same time, attention should be paid to not virtual soldering, and special solder paste should be selected when using special circuit boards.
